Terms of Service

Cabina is a browser-based parametric configurator for cabinet furniture that lets you design modules in 3D and generate cutting lists. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the projects and data you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service, including its software, design, and templates, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Cabina is designed to produce accurate cutting lists, you are responsible for verifying all measurements before cutting material or beginning production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of materials, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
